Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Socks Proxy website and the Socks Proxy and Socks 5 Proxy & Pro apps. By creating an account, buying coins or using a proxy, you agree to them.

Who we are

Socks Proxy is operated by Lemulite Studio (“we”, “us”). You can reach us on Telegram at @Socks_proxy_support or by email at contact.socksproxy@gmail.com.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Socks Proxy.

You may not use Socks Proxy if you are on a government sanctions list, or if using or paying for it would break sanctions or other laws that apply to you or to us. You are responsible for making sure that using a proxy is legal where you are.

Your account

  • Your account is the same one you use in our apps. The two apps — Socks Proxy and Socks 5 Proxy & Pro — keep separate accounts and separate balances.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • Give true details when you sign up. One person, one account; accounts may not be sold or shared.

G-Coins

  • G-Coins (“coins”) are a credit for buying proxies and subscriptions on Socks Proxy. They are a licence to use our service, not money, not a currency and not your property.
  • Coins have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred between accounts or apps, or exchanged for money or crypto.
  • Prices in coins, and the coins in each pack, can change. A price change never affects something you have already bought.
  • Coins added by mistake (for example by a system error) may be removed.

Payments

  • On the website, coins are bought with cryptocurrency through our payment provider, Cryptomus. In the apps, they may also be bought through Google Play.
  • You must pay the full amount on the invoice, in the coin and on the network shown, before it expires. Coins are added only once the payment is confirmed as paid in full. Short payments are not credited and not refunded. Network and exchange fees are yours to cover.
  • Delivery is immediate. Before paying you confirm that you want your purchase delivered straight away and that, where the law gives you a 14-day right to cancel, you lose it once delivery starts.
  • All purchases are final. The details, and the single exception for Standard proxies that never connected, are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

The proxies

Proxies are supplied through third-party proxy networks. They are residential or other connections that we do not own or control. Because of that:

  • We do not guarantee that a proxy will stay online for any length of time, keep the same IP, reach any particular website, or run at any particular speed.
  • Location (country, state, city) is chosen by the network from what it has at the time and may not be exact. The places we offer are the ones we have found to work; availability changes during the day.
  • Classic proxies are shared and come from a live pool; they can go offline at any time. Your list of unlocked classic proxies clears every day at midnight UTC.
  • Standard proxies come with an allowance of IPs; each time the proxy moves to a new IP, one is used.
  • Premium proxies run for 30 days from purchase and come with an amount of data. They stop working when the 30 days end or the data is used up, whichever comes first; unused data does not carry over. Data use is measured by the provider.
  • The IP and its location can change without notice when the device behind it goes offline. We do not promise to keep the same IP, city, state, country or network for any length of time, and we do not offer targeting by ZIP code or internet provider.
  • We do not guarantee that a proxy works with any particular software, app or website; that an IP is not on a blocklist or has a good reputation; how domain-name (DNS) lookups behave on your device; or that websites won’t detect a proxy. No proxy can promise complete anonymity.
  • We do not guarantee any result from what you use a proxy for — for example surveys, sign-ups, dating, posting, marketing or account creation.
  • Our IP checker, connection checks and usage figures are a guide, provided as they are.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the proxies and for following the laws that apply to you. You must not use Socks Proxy to:

  • break any law, or help anyone else do so;
  • commit fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, payment or card fraud, or account takeovers;
  • send spam, or attack, hack, overload or probe systems you are not allowed to (including DDoS, credential stuffing and brute force);
  • create, share or access child sexual abuse material, or any content that exploits or harms children;
  • spread malware, or harass, threaten or stalk anyone;
  • get round bans, limits or blocks on our own service, resell our proxies without our written permission, or abuse our checks and refunds.

We do not watch the content of your proxy traffic. The proxy networks we use may keep connection records under their own policies, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Reporting abuse. If you believe one of our proxies was used against you or against the law, email contact.socksproxy@gmail.com with the subject “Abuse report”, the IP address, date and time (with time zone) and what happened. We review every report and act on the accounts involved.

Usage limits and automatic blocks

  • The website and apps apply automatic limits to protect the service — for example on how often you can sign in, unlock, buy, check or load pages. Going over them, or using bots, scrapers or checkers against our site or proxy lists, can block your IP or account automatically, for a while or permanently.
  • These limits work the same for everyone. We may decline requests to lift a block.
  • Proxies are for your own use. To stop reselling and account sharing, we may review account activity — such as sign-ins, devices and purchases. This does not include the content of your proxy traffic (see the Privacy Policy).

Suspension and bans

If we believe an account has broken these terms, abused the service, made a fraudulent or reversed payment, or put others at risk, we may limit, suspend or close it, cancel its proxies and remove its coins, without refund. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Ads, offers and other websites

  • Ads and the “Ad / Offers” card come from third parties. Showing them is not a recommendation; any deal you make with an advertiser is between you and them.
  • Links to other websites are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them — take care before you sign in or pay anywhere.
  • If you buy an advertising placement from us, it runs for the period agreed and is paid in advance. We may refuse or remove an ad that is misleading, illegal or against these terms; a placement that is removed for that reason, or not renewed on time, is not refunded.

Your responsibility

Socks Proxy gives you tools; how you use them is up to you. You alone are responsible for:

  • Everything you do with a proxy — the websites and apps you use through it, what you send, post or download, and whether that is legal where you are and where the website is.
  • Your accounts — your Socks Proxy account, your Telegram account, your password and devices, and anything done with them. Keep them safe.
  • Your accounts on other services — if a website limits, flags or closes an account you use through a proxy, that is between you and that website.
  • Other websites, apps, links, ads and offers you choose to open or use, including those of advertisers and our partners.
  • Your own data — keep your own copies of proxy details and anything else you need.
  • The results you get, and any decision you make using Socks Proxy or our tools.

No guarantees and limits of liability

Socks Proxy, its website, apps, Telegram mini app, tools and proxies are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows — including any promise that they will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or that proxies will stay online or keep any IP or location.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lemulite Studio and everyone working on Socks Proxy are not liable for:

  • how you or anyone else uses the service or a proxy, or any content sent through it;
  • third-party services we rely on or link to — such as proxy networks, Telegram, Google Play, Microsoft PlayFab, Cryptomus, Cloudflare and advertisers — or their availability, actions or content;
  • lost, stolen or shared login details, or access to your account or devices by others;
  • any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — such as lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or accounts on other websites;
  • any delay or failure caused by things outside our reasonable control.

Where we are liable despite the above, our total liability for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific purchase the claim is about.

You agree to defend and cover Lemulite Studio and its team against any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your breaking any law or anyone’s rights.

Some countries don’t allow certain limits; there, these terms apply as far as the law allows, and nothing in them limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and ending the service

  • We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Socks Proxy after a change means you accept it.
  • We may change, add or remove products, providers, locations and prices, and may stop the service. If we close the service for good, we will give notice on the website where we can.
  • You can stop using Socks Proxy at any time. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of coins.

Disputes and the law

If you have a problem, contact us first — most issues are solved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Lemulite Studio is established, and its courts deal with any dispute, unless the law of your country says otherwise. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
