Refund Policy

Please read this before you pay. In short: all sales are final, crypto invoices must be paid in full, and the only exception is a Standard proxy that never connected.

In short

  • No refunds. Coins, subscriptions and proxies are final once bought. We do not refund, reverse or exchange them for money or crypto.
  • Pay the full amount. A crypto invoice is only credited when the full amount shown on it arrives. Short payments are not credited and are not returned.
  • The only exception is a Standard proxy that never connected, reported with the Didn’t connect button within 15 minutes of buying, and confirmed by our review. That refund is in coins, never in money.
  • “Escalated” does not mean you will be refunded. It only means we will look at it.

All sales are final

Socks Proxy sells G-Coins (our in-app credit) and uses them to sell proxies and subscriptions. By completing a purchase you agree that it is final and non-refundable. This includes, without limit:

  • coins you have not used yet, or no longer want;
  • buying for the wrong app or the wrong account (the two apps keep separate balances);
  • buying the wrong pack, location, data amount, IP count or session type;
  • a proxy that is slow, gets blocked by a website, changes IP, or does not suit what you wanted to use it for;
  • a proxy that worked and later stopped working;
  • an account that is restricted or banned for breaking our Terms.

Coins have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred between accounts or apps, or exchanged for money or cryptocurrency.

Your right to cancel (EU, UK and similar laws)

In some countries, consumers can normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content delivered straight away, that right ends once delivery starts if you agreed to that first. Before every payment we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want your coins or subscription delivered immediately and that you understand you then lose the right to cancel. We keep a record of that confirmation with your order.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have by law that cannot be given up — for example if what you bought was not delivered, or not as described.

Paying with crypto

You must send the full amount shown on the invoice, in the coin and on the network shown, before the invoice expires. If the amount that arrives is less than the invoice — for any reason, including network or exchange fees taken from what you sent — the order is not credited, and the payment is not refunded or returned.

  • Fees are yours. Send enough to cover your wallet’s or exchange’s fees, so that the full invoice amount arrives. Sending “almost” the amount counts as a short payment.
  • One invoice, one payment. We do not add up several partial payments, top up a short payment, or move a payment to a different order.
  • Wrong coin, wrong network, wrong address, or after expiry — crypto sent this way may be lost permanently. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us, and we are not responsible for them.
  • Paying more than the invoice is credited as the pack you chose. The extra is not returned and does not become extra coins.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider (Cryptomus). Coins are added only after the provider confirms the payment as paid in full.

Unfinished invoices cost nothing — if you do not pay, the invoice simply expires.

The one exception: Standard proxies that never connected

A Standard proxy has a Didn’t connect button for the first 15 minutes after you buy it. Pressing it makes our system try to connect through the proxy straight away, with its username and password:

  • If the proxy connects, it is marked Resolved. The proxy works, so there is no refund — please check your settings with the setup guides.
  • If it does not connect, it is marked Escalated and sent to our team for review.

Escalated is not a promise of a refund. We only refund a Standard proxy when both are true:

  1. our connection check failed, and
  2. the proxy provider’s own records show the proxy was never used to connect — for example none of its IP allowance was used (0 of 1, not 1 of 1).

If the provider’s records show the proxy connected or used any IP, it worked, and it is not refunded.

  • Each proxy can be checked once. After 15 minutes the button is no longer available.
  • Approved refunds are paid back in coins, to the same account, for the coins that proxy cost. Never in money or crypto.
  • Our decision after review is final. A refund is a goodwill decision on a faulty proxy; it does not create a right to any other refund.

Premium, Classic and subscriptions

  • Premium runs for 30 days from purchase, capped at the data you chose, and is created for you the moment you buy it. It is not refundable, whether or not the data is used, and unused data or days are not refunded or carried over. Data use is measured by the proxy provider, and the usage shown to you comes from their records.
  • Classic proxies come from a shared pool and are checked the moment you unlock one: if it is already offline, you are not charged. Once unlocked, it is not refundable, even if it goes offline later — shared proxies can stop at any time.
  • Subscriptions are not refundable, including for unused days.

Purchases in the apps (Google Play)

Coins and subscriptions bought inside our Android apps with Google Play are handled by Google. Any refund for those is decided by Google under Google Play’s refund policies, not by us. If a Google Play payment is refunded or reversed, the coins or subscription it paid for are removed, and the account may be restricted.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute or reverse a payment instead of contacting us, we may suspend the account and remove any coins, proxies or subscription bought with it. Trying to get coins or proxies without paying in full — for example by short-paying invoices or abusing the Didn’t connect button — leads to a permanent ban without refund.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it removes rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be removed by agreement.
